I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering great views of the mountains from my balcony. The hotel is nestled in the peaceful old part of Zermatt, away from the noisy center, offering cozy and well-thought-out rooms with convenient heated racks for boots. The service was attentive without being overbearing, always preempting our needs. The dining experience was fantastic with a great variety of dishes. The location enjoys a gorgeous view of the mountains and is high up on a hill, providing a serene atmosphere. However, the dining could be slightly improved in certain aspects.
